HOW TO ORDER
-Email me to let me know your portrait details and family to be included on the painting. Pictures are great!
-A listing will be reserved for you with the total amount or you can purchase one of the options listed on this listing.
-Once payment is received the design process will begin.

DESIGN PROCESS
-Shortly after purchase (typically within one week) you will be sent a proof of your illustration and asked if there are any edits you would like to make it perfect.
-Your design fee includes up to three rounds of revisions. Revisions requested after a period of 30 days will be charged at $75.00 per hour with a 1 hour minimum.

PRINTS
-If you are ordering prints, these will include a 4x6 folded or flat card with coordinating envelope. 
-Prints are printed on 130lb Recycled Matte paper

TURNAROUND TIME
Please inquire for current turnaround times. Typically, you will have a finished piece within two weeks of purchasing!

EXTRAS
-This listing price includes the art design, 1 8x10 Archival Print and a PDF version of your artwork for future printing and use.
